3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
  • Shipping Fees: All shipping fees (including any initially waived shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Prepaid Debit Cards: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid debit cards.
